What Is Your Diagnosis ? How To Proceed In Management ?

A 2-year-old girl with a history of recurrent abdominal pain associated with fever and pruritis
presented with yellowish discolouration of skin and tea-colour urine. Physical examination showed
a palpable mass lesion in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen, and jaundice. Blood tests
suggested obstructive jaundice and MR cholangiopancreaticography (MRCP) was performed.
