What abnormalities do you see on these radiographs ? What is the diagnosis ?

A 40-year-old man, with good past health, complained of lethargy, polydipsia and polyuria for 3 months.
Physical examination was unremarkable aside from muscle hypotonia and bone tenderness. Laboratory
investigations revealed hypercalcaemia and hypophosphataemia. Alkaline phosphatase and parathyroid
hormone levels were elevated. Hyperparathyroidism was suspected and radiographs of the hands and
the skull were performed
